How do I turn a PDF into a quiz?

Can I use Word or PowerPoint?
Yes. Word (.docx), PowerPoint (.pptx), text and Markdown files work too, up to 50 MB.
Will it work on a scanned PDF?
Only if the PDF has real text in it. A scan that's just pictures of pages has nothing to read, so run it through OCR first.
Is it free?
Uploading and signing up are free. On the free trial, SCORM exports carry a small Recourse watermark. A paid plan removes it.
Do I need to sign up?
Yes. Sign up free to see, edit and download your quiz. Your file comes with you.
Are the questions made up?
No. They're written from what your file says, and you review every one before anyone sees it.
What kinds of questions does it write?
Multiple choice, pick all that apply, and true or false, each with feedback. In the editor you can also add fill in the blank and matching questions.
What can I change?
Every question, answer and piece of feedback. You also set the pass mark, how many attempts learners get, whether they see the right answers, and whether questions are shuffled.
Does it work with my LMS?
Yes. Export the quiz as SCORM and upload it to any LMS. It reports the score and pass or fail.
What happens to my file if I don't sign up?
It's deleted after 24 hours.
