One maker, two kinds of questionnaire
Quiz
Mark the right answers and set a pass mark. Learners get a score, see what they missed if you choose, and can try again if they fail. Your LMS records the score and pass or fail.
Survey
No right answers. Use it for course feedback, a check before training, or a confidence rating after it. Your LMS records completion and every answer.

A quiz checks what people know. A simulation checks what they can do.

How do I make a quiz for my LMS?
Pick Quiz above, write your questions, and tick the right answers. Set a pass mark, then download the SCORM package and upload it to your LMS.
Is it really free?
Yes. There's no watermark and no limit. Before your first download we ask for your name, work email and organization, once.
What question types can I use?
Multiple choice, pick all that apply, true or false, a 1 to 5 rating scale, and written answers. Rating scales and written answers are never scored.
Does my LMS get the score?
Yes. A quiz reports a score out of 100 and passed or failed against your pass mark. A survey reports that it was completed.
Can I see each learner's answers?
Every answer is sent to your LMS as a SCORM interaction. Where you see them depends on your LMS. Many show them in their SCORM or quiz reports.
SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004?
Both work. Pick 1.2 if you're not sure: every LMS takes it. In 1.2, written answers are cut at 255 characters. In 2004 they can run to 4,000.
Can learners retake the quiz?
Yes. If they fail, they can try again straight away. If they leave halfway, they pick up where they stopped.
Can I check the package before uploading it?
Yes. Test in an LMS plays the package with tracking and shows what it reports. You can also open the .zip in our free SCORM viewer.
Is my questionnaire uploaded anywhere?
No. The questionnaire is built in your browser and never leaves your computer. Your draft is saved in this browser so you can come back to it.
